The main house has 2 bedrooms with cupboards that stay, and a bathroom.  It has a kitchen with a gas stove included, a pantry and plumbed for washing machine.  It has an open-plan lounge and leads onto the garden with built in braai.

The cottage has a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette with a parking bay and a separate entrance.

The main house has an additional store room, aluminum windows with blinds, fiber and pre-paid electricity a singe garage and driveway parking.

The complex has excellent security with 24 hour gaurds, cctv cameras and access controlled. Communal swimming pool and kids play area.
