It is honestly hard to put into words just how grateful we are to Francesca from Eazi Real Estate for everything she did during the sale of our family home. Selling a property between four owners was never going to be the easiest process, and with one of the owners making things particularly difficult, there were many moments where it could have become incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Francesca handled every single hurdle with so much patience, professionalism, empathy and integrity. She went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent. She was constantly driving between the four owners and the buyers, keeping everyone informed, communicating openly and doing everything she could to keep the process moving forward. No matter how difficult things became, she remained calm, fair and incredibly supportive. From the very beginning right through to the final handover, she made an otherwise very complicated and frustrating process feel as seamless as possible. What meant the most to us was that she genuinely cared. She never made us feel like we were just another sale or another commission. She was there for us through all the ups and downs, and at times felt like so much more than an agent, she was a real source of support. From the onset it has been a seamless process from the introductory meeting with Francesca, what a delight working with you! Obtaining a free valuation, listing the property on all platforms to being kept updated on viewings, review of potential buyers to sealing the deal. I went to view an apartment advertised by eazi. I submitted an online offer immediately, which was accepted by the seller online. They offered to market my home. I delayed signing the documents because we had a death in the family. I then signed, my property was posted that evening with an open house at 12 noon the next day. At 12.14, I received a notification that an online offer had been made. Slightly more than the asking price. I accepted the offer, and my property was sold. The OTP was signed, and I could hand both sets of documents to my estate agent: one for the sale of my property and the other for the purchase of my new property. Never been done before My very first experience of a seamless, efficient, and professional process. Thanks to everyone at Eazi Real Estate.
