I went to view an apartment advertised by eazi. I submitted an online offer immediately, which was accepted by the seller online. They offered to market my home. I delayed signing the documents because we had a death in the family. I then signed, my property was posted that evening with an open house at 12 noon the next day. At 12.14, I received a notification that an online offer had been made. Slightly more than the asking price. I accepted the offer, and my property was sold. The OTP was signed, and I could hand both sets of documents to my estate agent: one for the sale of my property and the other for the purchase of my new property. Never been done before My very first experience of a seamless, efficient, and professional process. Thanks to everyone at Eazi Real Estate.

Eazi Fran, Cindy, Christelle, and team, Message of Appreciation I just want to thank Eazi from the bottom of my heart for the phenomenal work they do: Eazi agent (Francesca) came to do a valuation and listing of my property at the beginning of September 2025! What an absolute breath of fresh air. Francesca is very friendly, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, with a heart of gold, no time-wasting, straightforward, hardworking agent, always determined to offer service of the highest caliber! Because I had the property listed with another agent previously on a 3-month sole mandate with no sale, I informed Francesca I could only give her a 1-month mandate, as I put in an offer on another property already. Fran had no problem with the mandate; she sprang into work immediately. What a refreshing, innovative, progressive, up-to-date, transparent system of operating Eazi has! Definitely thinking out of the box, way of operating, not the normal same old same old way of property sales. Eazi provided me with a dashboard on my mobile device that kept me updated with everything pertaining to my property. Following my dashboard, I could see exactly how many people viewed my property, how many enquiries, how many viewings, how many offers. Viewings were done with sheer excellence. Francesca did every viewing with so much enthusiasm, professionalism, explaining everything about the house to the potential buyer! Francesca was always very positive and encouraging, which gave me so much hope. During our month mandate, Francesca went on leave, and Cindy willingly stepped in for Francesca to carry on the phenomenal work they produce. Cindy carried on with the hard work, keeping me calm, during one of the viewings, bees flew into the house; Cindy just encouraged me, saying, do not worry, these bees are a good sign! True to her word, we received 2 offers from that open showing! The one-month mandate produced 4 offers! Another brilliant idea is that offers are done online, true innovation. The greatest bonus of all in using Eazi is that Eazi has a fixed pricing system, and in my case, their fixed price was exactly half the price of the normal agency!
