Who will actually sell my property for me - do you have estate agents out in the field ?
Yes - Eazi is an estate agency, so you'll get a dedicated PPRA-registered estate agent, just like you would with a traditional agency. They'll guide you through the entire process: pricing strategy, preparing your listing, managing viewings, handling offers, and negotiating the best outcome for you.
The difference is that Eazi combines expert agent support with a modern online platform, making everything clearer, faster, and more transparent - while you stay in control.
How do I start?
You can list your property directly on our site, or we can arrange a visit (or call) with an area specialist to talk you through the process and help with pricing. Click here to pop us your details.
My property is already on the market. Can I still use Eazi?
Yes - unless you're in an exclusive sole mandate with another agent. If you are, you'll typically need to wait until that mandate expires before we can market your home.
What happens when someone makes an offer?
You will be notified immediately (via email and WhatsApp) and will be able to view the offer online. Any other buyers who have already made an offer will also be notified, in case they would like to improve their offer.
You can then accept or decline the offer online. If you'd like to make a counter-offer, our agents will facilitate the negotiation with the buyer.
What happens once I've accepted an offer?
We manage the process from accepted offer to transfer, coordinating with attorneys and keeping you informed through to registration.
How do viewings work?
Your agent coordinates times with you and interested buyers and then hosts the viewings. Viewings can be open (multiple buyers) or private (one buyer at a time), depending on what suits your home and schedule.
How do I know the right price for my home?
We'll provide a Property Evaluation and show recent comparable sales so you can price with confidence. Once live, you'll also get real buyer feedback and data to guide any adjustments.
What is meant by “quality media”?
Great media helps serious buyers decide to view. We arrange professional photography (and video where applicable) so your home is presented properly across all channels.
How long does it take to get my listing live?
As soon as we have photos (or you've sent yours), we can activate your listing - so it mostly depends on when photography can be done and when you want to go live.
Can I make changes to my listing?
Yes. Your agent can do it for you or you can update your listing online and your agent will double-check and re-distribute through our marketing channels.
