Terms and Conditions

1. This service is provided by Eazi Real Estate (Eazi).
2. By submitting the request, you are agreeing to these terms.
3. Eazi reserves the right to limit the number of Appraisals sent to an individual.
4. Appraisals can only be requested by the legal owner (or one of the legal owners) of the property in question.
5. If the information submitted in the form is not correct, Eazi will not be able to provide an Appraisal.
6. Whilst care is taken to provide as accurate an Appraisal as possible, Eazi cannot be certain of the Appraisal without physically viewing the property.
7. This offer is only valid for residential properties within the Cape Metropole and surrounding Winelands (Paarl and Stellenbosch).
8. If the Appraisal request is for a valid property in our database, the Appraisal will be sent as a pdf file that can be viewed using Adobe Reader which is free and downloadable from Adobe.com
