This service is provided by Eazi Real Estate (Eazi).
By submitting the request, you are agreeing to these terms.
Eazi reserves the right to limit the number of Property Evaluations sent to an individual.
Property Evaluations can only be requested by the legal owner (or one of the legal owners) of the property in question.
If the information submitted in the form is not correct, Eazi will not be able to provide a Property Evaluation.
Whilst care is taken to provide as accurate a Property Evaluation as possible, Eazi cannot be certain of the Evaluation without physically viewing the property.
This offer is only valid for residential properties within the Cape Metropole and surrounding Winelands (Paarl and Stellenbosch).
If the Property Evaluation request is for a valid property in our database, the Evaluation will be sent as a pdf file that can be viewed using Adobe Reader which is free and downloadable from Adobe.com
