- Experience in residential property marketing and selling an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and other official SA languages are advantageous
- Effective time management and organisational skills

- Positive relationship maintenance with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a disciplined team

- Digital savvy with technology and social media understanding
- 3-5 years sales and property industry experience (an advantage)
- Professional Practitioner in Real Estate with NQF 4 qualification (an advantage)
- Valid driver's license with own transport
