I had an excellent experience working with Karen when purchasing my first home. As a first-time buyer, the process was completely new to us, but Karen made the experience much easier with her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. What stood out to us most was how honest and transparent Karen was from the beginning. She did not try to hide the fact that the property needed some work and was not in the best condition. Instead, she was upfront about what we were getting into, which gave us confidence that we were making an informed decision. Her after-service was exceptional. Karen was always available to answer our questions and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Whenever we reached out, she responded without a second thought and was always willing to assist. What really impressed us was that even after the sale was completed, Karen continued to check in on us. About a month later, she contacted us to see how everything was going and how far we had managed to come with the work on the home. That level of care and follow-up is something you do not always experience. We are incredibly grateful to Karen for helping us through such an important milestone. Eazi properties to sell your property.
The process is great and Cindy was very helpful throughout the process of selling my property. The photographer is excellent and did a lot of effort to showcase the best parts of my sold property. I would say that you should go in higher than the recommended price since buyers have a bidding process and it is easier to negotiate from a higher position than from a lower position. In my contract it was left in that a beetle and gas certificate is required. I had to pay extra to get the beetle certificate done. Although there is no wood on the property just in the roof this was a unnecessary cost. Fortunately I did not have to do the gas inspection, there is no gas on my property. Other than those points it went smoothly and was a great process. Cindy and the team is a pleasure to work with.

It is honestly hard to put into words just how grateful we are to Francesca from Eazi Real Estate for everything she did during the sale of our family home. Selling a property between four owners was never going to be the easiest process, and with one of the owners making things particularly difficult, there were many moments where it could have become incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Francesca handled every single hurdle with so much patience, professionalism, empathy and integrity. She went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent. She was constantly driving between the four owners and the buyers, keeping everyone informed, communicating openly and doing everything she could to keep the process moving forward. No matter how difficult things became, she remained calm, fair and incredibly supportive.
