Eazi Real Estate were excellent.

Decided to sell my property and the best decision I made was to choose Eazi Real Estate. With regards to the process, once it was explained to me, it was straightforward and if there was always someone to check with by phone to make sure things were done correctly. Christelle was my initial contact and she provided all the details I needed to give me confidence in the process. My main contact thereafter was Celia, who arranged everything else. Starting with the inspection, original assessment, arranging the photographer and every other step through to posting the listing and arranging viewings. She was friendly, charming and a pleasure to be around. Nothing was too much for her. A true professional. Post offer, Eazi provided options and names for companies for completing the remaining stages of the sales process. I took them up on their recommendation for Solicitor. Another good decision. I went to view an apartment advertised by eazi. I submitted an online offer immediately, which was accepted by the seller online. They offered to market my home. I delayed signing the documents because we had a death in the family. I then signed, my property was posted that evening with an open house at 12 noon the next day. At 12.14, I received a notification that an online offer had been made. Slightly more than the asking price. I accepted the offer, and my property was sold. The OTP was signed, and I could hand both sets of documents to my estate agent: one for the sale of my property and the other for the purchase of my new property. Never been done before My very first experience of a seamless, efficient, and professional process. Thanks to everyone at Eazi Real Estate.

When I decided to sell my house in the Southern Peninsula, I initially considered another agent, but Eazi's extremely fast and thorough communication had me sold almost off the bat. With the team of Christelle and Celia combined, they're exceptionally hard to beat - the business model works like a well-oiled machine (Celia on the road and often at the residence, and Christelle answering questions via email simultaneously). And their fees are so much more reasonable - a distinct win-win! I love the online elements of the company's offerings. Online offers and number of viewings, etc., are all accessible. Celia walked me through the sale process from beginning to end, often explaining complex matters via text, as I'm hard of hearing. Eazi Real Estate has reasonable fees, with no hidden costs. I found their estate agents to be very professional and knowledgeable. The agent explained the process upfront. All property viewings were prearranged and conducted by the agent (no surprises of unaccompanied potential buyers).
