Nicholus transitioned to real estate in 2016, following six years in the printing and vinyl industry. Joining Eazi Real Estate in 2024 as a field agent within the Goodwood and Parow area, his dedication to clients and deep understanding of the Northern suburbs guide him in locating ideal properties for families, offering a seamless, personalised, and stress-free experience. Fluent in Afrikaans, Sotho, IsiZulu, IsiXhosa, and Setswana, Nicholus ensures effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Nicholus is currently busy with his qualifications to become a full-status agent. He works in a team with Lindsay Combrink, a full-status agent with more than 15 years of experience who has concluded hundreds of successful transactions with Eazi.
