Great service from Eazi
My wife and I are in the process of buying our first home. Through the help of Ooba Home Loans, we seemlessly secured a bond loan. Our experience quickly became complicated as we settled for a deceased estate. That coupled with the fact that we were first time buyers, we found ourselves knee deep in a sea of serious anxiety and uncer*****y. Throughout the whole experience we would like to single out one soul who is larger than life. KIM BRAAF. Kim proved the world wrong and showed me that there is still something out there that is called good customer service and care. Even though not directly connected to our case, Kim stepped in with overwhelming support and advise that left us in a better position and pleasantly surprised with our expected outcome. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Kim Braaf for the exceptional assistance she provided during the sale of our home. Since our immigration abroad, Kim consistently went above and beyond the responsibilities typically expected of an Estate Agent to ensure the successful sale of our property. Over the course of many months, she maintained constant communication with us regarding the listing, viewings, and the various repairs and improvements required to bring the home up to the appropriate sale standard. She also took the initiative, often in her personal time, to liaise with my family who remain in South Africa in order to assist us throughout the process. Kim was transparent with the buyer from the outset, clearly explaining that because we were living abroad, the transaction would likely take longer than usual. Despite this disclosure, when the buyers became frustrated and threatened to cancel the sale and/or pursue legal action due to the delays, Kim continued to manage the situation professionally and did everything possible to keep the transaction on track. In addition, she worked diligently with the attorneys to ensure that all required documentation was completed correctly and efficiently. The level of dedication, professionalism, and customer service Kim demonstrated throughout this process deserves to be recognised and commended. Reading the buyer`s review was genuinely disheartening, as it does not accurately reflect the outstanding service and support we experienced as sellers.

A quick and easy process
Kim Braaf was our agent. And our experience was amazing from start to finish. I requested to view the property on the 29th November 2025 and the next day we viewed the property. Kim was a great help in convincing my husband the house was a good choice because he was slightly hesitant. I will always be appreciative for that. By the 1st December we put an offer and it was accepted the next day. The process was very quick and smooth and Kim was very professional and transparent with everything. We moved in to the house first week of March 2026 and even my husband admits this was a good buy, post sale Kim still took the initiative to assist with minor challenges we had and did above her expected services. She is amazing .
