Supportive and consistent
Very good support and guidance were received from Moses, Sarah and Mariska. The property assessment was reasonable and motivated us to invest into making our home attractive and move-in ready and to apply wisdom with respect to the asking price. This did not preclude the absolute necessity to do our own research and to acquaint ourselves well with the available information and guidance in cyberspace. Moses was consistently punctual, positive, helpful and available. Sarah was easily accessible and always ready to listen and provide good advice. The administration team, which included Mariska, did excellent work. The photographer was impeccable in respect of the quality of the photographs and video. An offer for the full asking price was accepted shortly after the 1st showing 5 days after listing. Good support was received between the acceptance of the offer and the sale of the house. Well done Eazi team!
