Eazi Real Estate were excellent.
Decided to sell my property and the best decision I made was to choose Eazi Real Estate. With regards to the process, once it was explained to me, it was straightforward and if there was always someone to check with by phone to make sure things were done correctly. Christelle was my initial contact and she provided all the details I needed to give me confidence in the process. My main contact thereafter was Celia, who arranged everything else. Starting with the inspection, original assessment, arranging the photographer and every other step through to posting the listing and arranging viewings. She was friendly, charming and a pleasure to be around. Nothing was too much for her. A true professional. Post offer, Eazi provided options and names for companies for completing the remaining stages of the sales process. I took them up on their recommendation for Solicitor. Another good decision. If anybody has doubts about using Eazi, at least start with a telephone call to them and go from there. This is what I did. Thank you Christelle and a very big thank you to Celia Doiran Williams

Eazi Real Estate was so easy! I'm utterly flabbergasted at the efficiency of this company, particularly the astounding Celia Clark. When I decided to sell my house in the Southern Peninsula, I initially considered another agent, but Eazi's extremely fast and thorough communication had me sold almost off the bat. With the team of Christelle and Celia combined, they're exceptionally hard to beat - the business model works like a well-oiled machine (Celia on the road and often at the residence, and Christelle answering questions via email simultaneously). And their fees are so much more reasonable - a distinct win-win! I love the online elements of the company's offerings. Online offers and number of viewings, etc., are all accessible. Celia walked me through the sale process from beginning to end, often explaining complex matters via text, as I'm hard of hearing. I deeply appreciate, as well, the constant and continued support: From dealing with my tenant on numerous occasions to liaising gently and tactfully with the buyers and myself regarding an issue that cropped up (as they do). She has remarkable communication skills, is extremely relatable and likeable, and capable to a T. Willing to go extra millions of miles, with a smile. That's Celia. Use Eazi. You'll not be sorry.

It truly was easy and also a pleasure dealing with Eazi Real Estate and their agent Celia Clark. I can highly recommend them for the selling of property. From the first contact i had with Eazi and Celia, and throughout the valuation, sale and transfer process of my house even to the handover to the new owner, I was set at ease and felt confident in their handling of matters. Celia consistently provided quality professional assistance and advice in a friendly empathetic manner and kept me updated and informed as needed throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated. There were a couple of hitches along the way but these were not strictly their fault and Celia was always there, available and willing to do what she could to advise and help get them sorted out.

My experience with Eazi Real Estate, and specifically with Celia Clark, the agent with whom I was dealing, was so pleasant and painless. Celia was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions I had as a newbie buyer. Not once did she ever take advantage of the fact that I was a first-time buyer, with very little knowledge. She gave me so much invaluable insight and advice, and the open channel of communication made me feel very comfortable and secure. I was able to be put all my cards on the table with her, knowing she had my best interests at heart as well as those of the seller, without taking sides or favouring one over the other. I appreciated the online offer feature on the Eazi website, where I could make an offer that was not legally binding. The whole process from enquiring about the listing and planning the first viewing right up until the conveyancing attorneys took over was seamless and Eazi. A real privilege to have had Eazi Real Estate as the agency through which I acquired my new home!

When a company name claims such a bold statement as Eazi does, our natural reaction is what is the catch. But let me tell you this was the most pleasant and peaceful process we have EVER experienced!
